The problem
A coverage percentage invites being read as a compliance verdict. The framing work mattered as much as the engine: results are presented as peer disclosure patterns, and thin peer groups are flagged rather than silently averaged.
What I built
- Developed a three-step assessment wizard and a deterministic coverage engine calculating coverage against peer averages, with snapshot-locked results.
- Added thin-cell statistical warnings for peer groups with fewer than five companies.
- Built board-ready PDF and Excel exports.
